At mypiercingpillow.com, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, or refunds — as long as the request meets the terms below.
1. Return and Exchange Policy
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or replacements.
We gladly accept returns for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. The product must be in the same condition you received it.
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 48 hours.
Please allow 3–10 business days for our team to complete processing once your return arrives at our facility. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your account.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 90 days of shipment, and tracking confirms no delivery, we will issue a full refund.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or replacement due to damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll provide instructions on how to return the original item and ship your replacement once it’s approved.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Final Sale items
